We have an immediate opening for a Farm Operations Manager to join our team in Morgan Hill, CA.
Reporting to the Director of Farm Operations. The Farming Operations Manager will lead operations for the GC Farms, Inc. with functional responsibility encompassing Irrigation and Tractor operations. This is fast- paced work environment, and this role will have direct oversight of the day to day field operations, long term planning of a large modern farming operation, and will require to meet both short and long term crop growing goals.
The successful candidate will have:
- Obtain and Maintain PAL (Private applicators License) from the county Ag department.
- Clean driving record
- Class C driver’s license
- Bilingual
- 5 years Farming experience required
