Job Description:
We have a tremendous opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Ridge Springs, SC.

Reporting directly to the CEO / President, this position will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and activities of Human Resources for the company. This position is also responsible for developing the annual budget for all aspects of Human Resources including H2A labor. The ideal candidate must be hands on day to day but must also be able to foster a future vision for the department and company goals.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
  • At least five years of human resource management experience required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Able to work overtime as needed including emergencies.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be able to work independently and / or cooperatively with others.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
