We have an exciting opportunity for a Produce Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Fresno, CA.
This is an entry level position where the successful candidate will ensure that all loads are scheduled & arrive on-time. Provide support to our customers with any issues that arise in scheduling as well as driver related issues. Establish relationships with our carriers to create stability and trust to negotiating prices to get the best prices for our loads. This includes accurate data entry, problem resolution, negotiating and booking transportation, as well as all associated administrative duties.
They must work well with minimal supervision, be a self-starter with great attention to detail, and the ability to have fun!
And, they will have the following:
EDUCATION:
High School or Equivalent Required. Preferred: Business Administration, Agricultural, or Economics Degree.
KNOWLEDGE IN:
Famous, iTrade, Google Sheets, Edict Systems, Blue Book, Microsoft Office, Food Link, PowerBi, Kroger Supplier Hub, Retail Link, Whole Foods, Aldi PTP, and ReposiTrak are a plus.
LANGUAGE:
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
