We have an amazing opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
The person we’re looking for will have a minimum of 5-7 years of Warehouse experience (preferably with Perishables/Produce handling) to run Shipping and Receiving operations at our Edison, New Jersey location. They will be a self-starter, diplomatic, and task-oriented, and will handle various duties including training, inventory, data entry, transport logistics, Quality Assurance, and other managerial duties. In addition, must be able to perform all the functions of all Warehouse positions and Delivery Staff; must lead by example. Must have ability to handle product with weights of up to 50 lbs. and work in Cold Chain Environment.
Additionally, they will have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish/English. must read and write proficiently in English.
- CDL-B License or higher, with clean driving abstract record.
- Forklift certified.
- Must have general knowledge of Inventory Management, Shipping and Receiving, Computer Data Entry.
- Prior Supervisory Experience a must.
This is a Monday-Friday, first-shift (6am – 2:30pm), non-exempt hourly position, some schedule flexibility necessary, and some overtime will be required. Compensation negotiable within range, dependent on above qualifications.
