Do you have experience leading a crew in a Cold Storage Environment? Do you have exceptional experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance?

We’re Anthony Vineyards, and we’re looking for an Assistant Cold Storage Manager to join our team in Bakersfield, CA.
We are looking for someone with:
- Associates Degree OR 5+ years of experience in a related supervisory role.
- Previous experience managing a large team is preferred.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Famous Software experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Refrigeration troubleshooting skills.
- CalArp/PSM program knowledge a plus
