We are seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to act with a high level of independence. As the Digital Content Coordinator, you will oversee creation and implementation of digital content. You will be responsible for development of website function in close coordination with IT, Product, Marketing and Accounting. You may manage special projects for the President. Works closely with other departments to assure continuity and teamwork on overlapping projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Content & Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN)

  • Oversees digital content for website, new product implementation, specifications
  • Creates and maintains data and photos for the GDSN for all brand products

Mindflash Training Program

  • Manages content and administration of Mindflash training program
  • Participates on monthly DSR Training Task Force calls, taking notes and following up on action items needed

Marketing Materials

  • Creates and ensures the accurateness and integrity of all marketing materials, advertisements, articles, newsletters, videos, and POS materials used to represent Markon and its products
  • Maintains a comprehensive photo library for Company use
  • Manages, maintains, and upgrades Company website

Special Projects/Miscellaneous

  • Oversees special projects as requested by the President and Marketing Director

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in computer science, business or related field
  • At least three (3) years of marketing experience
  • Must have knowledge of WordPress,
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to quickly learn specific software
  • Communication Skills - ability to respond to a broad range of inquiries, to read and write memos and correspondence and to effectively present information to President, Board and other business contacts

Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary and benefits package. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employer subsidized health, vision and dental insurance effective on the first of the month following hire. Personal Time Off (PTO) accrual and paid holidays from date of hire.
