Shasta Produce is a full line, high quality produce company that services Northern and Central California. Founded in 1986, Shasta Produce has been expanding its services for over 35 years to meet the needs of our customers as well as the distribution needs of our small farms and large volume shippers from local growing areas and from around the world.

We specialize in procuring and distributing the highest quality fruits and vegetables as well as an obsession to meet and exceed the service needs of our customers.

We are excited to announce that we are now actively searching for executive partners to join our new team in Los Angeles. Our greater Los Angeles expansion requires high level Salespeople to help develop a customer base in these new areas. To fit our company culture, we are looking for highly motivated team members who have a natural desire to achieve to the very best of their abilities. All of our executives receive high level coaching and support to help insure their own personal growth and success.

Target Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the produce industry.
  • At least 3 years of Sales experience.
  • Ability to manage themselves in achieving their targets.
  • Possesses at least basic computer skills.
  • Fearless, relentless and willing to do whatever it takes.

Compensation:

  • You will receive a fixed percentage of everything you generate.
  • Medical and Dental Plan.
  • Profit Sharing / 401K.
  • Paid time plus holidays.
