General responsibilities:
- Recruiting and Staffing
- Organizational Planning
- Training implementation
- Formulate policies, procedures and follow up on laws and programs
- Employee complaints investigation
- Monitor discipline policies
- Market research to establish pay practices and pay band to help recruit and retain staff
- Leads company Compliance with labor legal and government reporting requirements
Education and/or experience:
- Experience in the position or similar: two years
- Experience and/or related training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual in English
- Broad Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, training and safety
- Interpersonal skills
- Lead ability
Skills:
- Consistent, reliable, and communicative
- Teamwork supports others in the organization as needed
- Competent in the use of MS Office and other productivity applications
