Job Description: 
Our company is looking for an eager and motivated team player who will take a prominent role in the sales department, managing several key sales accounts in our company’s operations. This role requires clear communication and coordination with personnel across multiple departments including Sales, Operations, and Quality Control, as well as communicating with customers and growers. This is a full-time position with some weekends required.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain several key sales accounts
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Quality Control to make sure all elements are in place to ensure orders are fulfilled
  • Primary contact for receiving orders from managed accounts
  • Coordinate all steps of the order process, including managing pack plans and pickups and deliveries
  • Monitor inventories in multiple warehouses to ensure that enough product is available to cover orders
  • Work with Quality Control to ensure customers are receiving good product and adjust orders accordingly
Qualifications:
  • Live near the Los Angeles area or be willing to relocate
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage several tasks under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Education and Experience:
  • High school degree required, bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent preferred
  • At least 5 years of related job experience
