Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the produce industry and experience as a quality assurance or relevant role is required

English and Spanish proficiency is preferred

Knowledge of Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Packaging is Preferred
-
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
-
Good knowledge of MS Office and iPad or surface pro systems
-
Lotpath quality control system experience preferred
-
Ability to use USDA and customer specifications to grade product for quality and condition across all produce commodities
-
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-
Great attention to detail and a result driven approach

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
-
Be able to work flexible/extended hours during peak seasons
-
Be willing to travel to peak growing regions including but not limited to: Long Beach CA, Central CA, Mexico

Ability to understand and execute food safety protocols
