We are looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for boosting the company’s presence, reputation, and ultimately sales through marketing strategies and online digital campaigns. This person should be well-versed in the use of multiple social media outlets to promote IPG’s and our growers’ brands, as well as keep suppliers and customers around the world up to date on crops and events relating to IPG. As a part of our IPG team, this person will help IPG build and maintain strong and consistent branding through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. This position will provide tremendous individual growth opportunities and responsibility that will play a key role in IPG’s future.

Requirements:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful brand marketing campaigns domestically and internationally
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media outlets to attract and convert our target groups and inform our existing partners
- Create and conduct joint branding ventures with our customers and suppliers around the world to better promote brands and our organization
- Oversee and create marketing material, including updating website, maintaining social media presence, and print media
- Incorporate the latest developments, trends, and best practices in online marketing, data collection and evaluation
- Create and conduct team building events to enhance company culture
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, ambitious, high energy, and creative; degree in marketing preferable.
- Applicant should be well-versed in the strategic use of multiple social media outlets.
