The primary responsibility will be to become the in-house steward of the graphic look of our brands, logos, company sales materials, social media, web sites and communication tools. The position will be a coordinator of social media and trade events activities and a steward of the graphic look of our company positioning materials and brand strategy. In addition, this role will collect and thoroughly analyze sales and customer data along with market research to provide market and competitive analysis updates in support of the weekly work flow of the company’s customers, distributors and vendors.
- Working with VP of sales and marketing to create social media and promotion plans and execute those plans in ways that support gaining positive trade and consumer impressions for Heliae
- Maintains and manages brand strategy and integrity to approved style guide and company direction and plan
- Manages web site look, content and freshness
- Facilitates approved company involvement in customer promotions and customer in market trade events
- Coordinates, tracks and facilitates company approved trade shows and trade conventions
- Profiles customers, markets and competitors
- Development and preparation of reports to assist with decision making
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service internally and externally with customers and staff
- Helps facilitate Heliae customer tours
- Supports Heliae’s sales, marketing and business development customer service efforts
- Special project assignments and task force team assignments as assigned by VP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development
