We are currently seeking an Administrative/Sales Assistant, to provide support and coordination to the Sales and Administrative teams. This position requires a hands-on and close collaboration approach with the sales, warehouse, procurement, operations, transportation, and administration departments.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provides backup in answering phone calls to redirect, or take messages for the sales team.
- Creates and maintains daily reports as needed.
- After hours sales support (phone and email).
- Supports coordination with the corporate office for invoicing.
- Assists with A/R and A/P.
- Assists the sales team in documenting quality problems at arrival to the warehouse, and with the customer.
- Accepts and enters customer orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent work experience desired.
- Computer (Microsoft Office Suite) proficiency.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask.
- Preferable bilingual (English/Spanish).
