We have purchased approximately 700 acres of land in Coldstream and we will build a produce packing plant of 70,000 square foot state. We intend to begin operations in BC starting in the spring/early summer of 2018.

To respond to strong growth opportunities in the West, the company is seeking for a full time Harvest Supervisor.
Under the supervision of the production coordinator, the supervisor plans, organizes, coordinates and directs harvesting and weeding operations according to established standards in order to minimize unnecessary movement and meet harvesting deadlines. You will have to perform sound management of the material/equipment needed for the harvest. You will have to complete and/or verify the necessary reports for your department.
- High School Vocational Studies in horticultural production and environmental technology, farm management and operation or other relevant training. A lack of a degree can be compensated by sufficient experience.
- Experience of three (3) to five (5) years relevant in a similar position, ideally in market gardening
- Relevant experience in personnel management
- Proficiency in oral and written English
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
