NatureBest is a fresh fruit and vegetable processor based in Houston, Texas. The position of Sales Representative is an immediate position needed to compliment our already passionate and successful produce Sales team. Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Equivalent experience considered.
  • 3-4 years of experience in similar role preferably in the agriculture industry which includes produce sales and commodity management.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team atmosphere.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Generate new and repeat sales.
  • Analyze customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Recommends strategies for increasing the company’s position in the market place.
  • Oversee accounts receivables for each customer.
  • Work with Operations team to pursue new opportunities with daily interaction and daily communication with targeted accounts.
  • Work as team player to grow sales, building strong relationships with all accounts while assisting other sales representatives when needed.
  • Educate customers regarding product features and benefits to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend occasional industry trade show, customer visit and industry/company training seminars. Travel not to exceed 20%.
