Job Description:
We are currently searching for 3 Retail Merchandisers both full and part time.
The Retail Merchandisers will service established retail accounts in product categories, produce displays, ad support and customer service. Position includes overall assistance to retailers in maximizing sales volume, proper ordering and overall department operations.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide Sales and Merchandising support to assigned retail customers

Develop/Implement retail marketing programs at store level

Build effective relationships with store personnel

Work with and build effective relationships with General Produce Sales and Marketing Team

Utilize promotional materials as assigned

Maintain monthly calendar of activities, weekly reporting

Report competitive activity

Help customers with questions about their account, or forward customer to the correct resource to get the help they need

Coordinate with other staff to help resolve any order issues and concerns

Special projects as assigned - could include in-store demos, resets, training and customer events
Education:
- High School graduate

- Effective time management and production capability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Produce knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to details
- Maintains a valid California Driver License and clean driving record
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prefer two to five years of retail produce experience
