We are currently searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Requirements:

3-5 years of previous experience in an accounting or finance position

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail within daily work assignment

Ability to review electronic information and compare against a hard copy and reconcile accordingly

Microsoft Excel Skills required

Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Heavy email and occasional phone communication

Ability to work independently and within a team
Responsibilities & Duties:

Responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments for a high-volume company

Post transactions to excel spreadsheets and reconcile accounts

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

Reconcile vendor’s statements
