To help us with this, we are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to further establish our direct presence in the US market.
- Bachelors degree plus 7 years Produce Sales Experience, and/or 10 plus years of Produce Sales Experience if no formal degree.
- Experience with Green Asparagus, Avocados, Peas, beans, blueberries is a plus.
- Verifiable existing book of business with a value of 7M+ into retail/good service.
This position is primarily responsible for identifying and developing new business and increasing sales volumes by providing customers with personalized service and enhancing our reputation for reliable quality service; successfully selling our products to an existing client base, maintaining strong partnerships processing day to day orders, provide account reporting, perform account visits. This position is also responsible for managing accounts to meet or exceed sales a profitability targets, service levels, and work cross departmentally to support our initiatives and solve problems and working closely with the procurement team to keep an effective and timely flow of communication about customer needs and product availability.
