Job Description:

As the Dispatcher you will be responsible for scheduling the timely and efficient delivery of our products. You will also be responsible for maintaining shipping documentation and coordinating with our sales team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, and a team player who has excellent organizational/time management skills. They will use a hands-on approach and collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customer’s needs are being met.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized, and able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously such as arranging shipment details

- Microsoft Office proficient
- 3-5 Years of prior experience in field
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Dispatch daily orders (organize appointments and schedule for pickups and deliveries)
- Shipping/Receiving administration
- Customer service
- Coordinate orders between sales, drivers and packing facility.
- Edit orders as needed
- Print bills of lading and supporting paperwork
- Verify quantity and items on bills of lading to pick tickets, noting discrepancies
- Create reports
- Understand the needs of the customers
- Flexible schedule to work nights and weekends when necessary
