Job Description:
The Quality Control Supervisor participates in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Food Safety Management System.
This includes, but is not limited to the following; regulatory compliance, 3rd party audits, QA department staffing and cross functional infusion of a Food Safety Culture at Datepac, LLC.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Per established schedules, the QA Supervisor shall assist in the review, verification and validation of the food safety system management system.
- Direct and manage the documentation produced by personnel in food safety.
- Ensure quality systems are implemented and followed to meet company goals for product quality and food safety.
- Assist with third party audits.
- Ensure employees are following Good Manufacturing (GMP’s) and adhering to the Datepac, LLC’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) mandates.
- Schedule and administer food safety and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point training.
- Review Control Point (CP) Operator tasks.
- Report and disseminate reports to Quality Control Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in food production with an emphasis in Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
- Must be bilingual – English/Spanish.
