Visalia Produce Sales has a great new opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join their team in Kingsburg, California.
We’re looking for a motivated individual who is ready to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. This position will be responsible for providing support and assistance.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Proactively creating opportunities for additional sales with new and existing customers
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner and assist customers whenever appropriate
- Maintaining complete and accurate records of all sales and customers
- Maintaining and developing working relationships with the team
- Seeking to improve sales revenue in line with established sales targets
- Providing sales support and superior customer service to existing customers while also acquiring new clientele
- Must have a good working relationship with your customers
- Provide general support and assistance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, in a related field
- Computer proficiency, full Microsoft Office suite and Famous Software
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent organizational & negotiating skills
- Sound knowledge of proven sales processes
- Comprehensive understanding of market conditions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems
