Ratto Bros, Inc is seeking a Pest Control Advisor.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Providing pest control and technical support for all ranches. Time will be spent out in the field monitoring crops and fulfilling office functions. Functions include data input, tank mixing through the company database, personnel organization for the Spray Team, chemical purchasing, etc. You will be responsible for communicating and interfacing with all other field, office and harvest departments on pest control issues. Responsible for all regulatory issues with County and DPR for pesticides and chemical applications. Candidate is responsible for all paper record keeping. - 5+ years' experience as Pest Control Advisor
- Adequate experience in farm management
- Pest Control Advisor license
- BS in Plant Science
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license
- 5 Year cool season vegetable experience required
- Ability to work full agriculture schedule
- Proficient computer skills
