Requirements: 
  • You have a minimum 5 years in sales positions directly related to fresh food product sales to retailers with a track record of success in managing sales territories/regions.
  • You invest in the people around you. You’re the type of individual who strives to get to know, and create connections with, your co-workers and customer contacts.
  • You are driven to see the team succeed.
  • You thrive in a smaller company environment.
  • You are constantly curious, keeping up with industry trends, product development, and customer product demands.
  • You are excited by the opportunity to grow company sales and profit through profitably negotiated sales agreements.
  • You don’t back down from problems when they arise, instead demonstrate the ability to identify problems and have diverse problem solving skills that quickly find solutions.
  • You understand that this role requires traveling ~50% of the time, as well as basic ability with software systems such as (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), and the ability to climb stairs be stationary for long periods of time, and stoop, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. (Notification required due to the Americans with Disabilities Act.)
  • You must be available to work irregular and/or changing shifts including holidays and weekends. Needs to be available electronically at all times.

Education: 
  • BA/BS; equivalent experience may be acceptable.
