Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager (Southeast) is responsible for growth in customer accounts and revenue in shipper and/or regionally based accounts for the assigned states/region. The Regional Sales Manager must be able to generate leads, establish connections, build relationships, and close accounts that drive sales growth for the organization.

Requirements:

The Regional Sales Manager will be traveling 50-55% of the time on a regular basis to the assigned states/regions.

Southeast Region Candidates must be based near either Kennesaw/Atlanta, GA or West Palm Beach, FL.

5 to 10 years previous sales experience is preferred, 2-3 years required.

Must be a self-starter and have the ability to develop relationships and implement strategic plans for sales accounts and the tactical action skills to exceed the financial goals for this position.

Must be highly customer focused.

An outgoing and positive personality is required, and have the ability to work with sales team members.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Industry Experience in the meat, dairy, produce or seafood required.

Industry experience (Cold Chain, Retail Grocery, Logistics, Cargo, Food Transportation, Temperature monitoring, Grower) preferred.
Responsibilities & Duties:

Aggressively pursue monthly and annual sales activities in assigned states and/or regions.

Manage customer account relationships via phone, in person, and email.

Provide superior customer service.

Support other sales Cargo Solutions team members as necessary.

Follow the annual sales plan provided by the Vice President of Sales.

Continually gain industry and market knowledge to effectively consult with customers regarding their cold chain issues.

Gain product knowledge to effectively sell Cargo Solutions products to various segments of the cold chain.

You will be focused on positioning our innovative temperature monitoring solutions primarily but not limited to the cold chain grocery industry along with other tasks as assigned.
