Rio Produce has been working with growers from Mexico for many years now and has very strong relationships with growers that handle Jalapeno, Poblano, Serrano, Tomatillo, Cilantro, Carrots, Roma tomato and few other Hispanic items.
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Edinburg, TX. This person will develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers and growers.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years Sales experience preferred

Ability to think strategically

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be able to negotiate and close deals professionally

This position requires the ability and willingness to travel if needed

Must have organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task under tight time constraints

Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Generate new customer leads with current programs

Make daily calls and generate sales to new clients
