Job Description:
Progressive Produce, LLC is looking for a dynamic and visionary Sales Professional to join its headquarters in Commerce, CA. Progressive Produce is a subsidiary of Ireland-based Total Produce and operates as a year-round grower/packer/distributor of fresh produce. The company grows and supplies potatoes, onions, asparagus, citrus and other fruits and vegetables to the retail and food service trade.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Proactively contribute to help the Company achieve goals in line with the overall strategic plan

Take the lead to help grow the Company’s produce sales and create strong customer partnerships

Continuously develop new business opportunities to represent other growers in selling their products to our customer base

Project a collaborative and partnership-building strategy with all sales and other office staff

Effectively interact with the warehouse team members to promote an efficient operation

Effectively represent Company for all interactions with customers

Effectively represent Company for all interactions with community and government leaders

Perform other projects and assignments as required by Senior Executives
