Job Description:
We are searching for a self-motivated and goal oriented person with an attention to detail in a fast paced, exciting sales environment. Must work well with others and be highly motivated for sales. Seasonal nature requires work load to fluctuate from long and challenging to short and relaxed. Most current employees have worked more than 15-25 yrs in the company. You will work at a pace that fits job expectations but also one fits your learning curve. Demands on the job are from simple tasks to more challenging situations. Depending on previous experience, job responsibilities will start broad based until transition into full sales. This is an opportunity to learn the position from the ground up including many areas of the company.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Initial Responsibilities: Including but not limited to all sales related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Excel, Word, & basic understanding of MS operating system
- 4 year college degree (Sales/Marketing emphasis is helpful)
- Connecting well over the phone and able to interact with any personality type
- Attention to detail is essential to success for this position.
