Requirements:

Experience in produce

Knowledge of Trading and Transportation guidelines and PACA procedures needed

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist Credit and Claims Manager with all claim paperwork.

Work with all departments with regard to chain stores to ensure that all paperwork is completed in order to invoice, follow up with EDI and outside billing/payment companies.

Assist with Collections and Accounts Receivable when necessary.
