Job Description:
Responsible for Sales and Operations Planning Process. Direct coordination between Mexico Forecasts and Packing schedules and U. S. Deployment of finished goods. Evaluates and revises time-phased projections for demand and supply; product and portfolio master data; strategic projects. Direct management of U.S. DC operations for execution of orders and performance metrics.
Provide dotted line accountability for the following Quality Assurance requirements:
- Oversee quality processes for receipt and release of NS products in the distribution center per SOP standards.
- Perform quality inspections upon request of NS products in the distribution center per SOP standard procedures.
- Support all food safety related tasks concerning to the distribution center operations.
- Coordinate disposition of aged product through inventory analysis processes related for NS products received from origin and dispatched to customers.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience Required:
- 3-5 yrs. minimum experience in Demand Replenishment Planning
- Advanced Inventory Planning and reconciliation
- 2-3 yrs. of Quality Assurance/Quality Compliance experience
- Experience in produce and food products in perishable category
- Retail or CPG experience is desirable
Technical Requirements:
- Strong Inventory Management; Strong Forecasting and Planning skills; Excellent
- Problem Problem Solving and Negotiation skills
