JOB FILLED - Sales and Marketing Associate

Administrative:

• Manages daily administrative tasks, such as phone calls, e-mails, faxes, filing and organizing paperwork
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and directing and announcing them appropriately
• Maintains security by monitoring visitor sign-in
• Receives deliveries

Customer Service:

• Calls or e-mails customers to follow up on orders
• Assists the Sales and Marketing Team in the processing of all customer orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensures that customer orders are filled completely
• Responds to complaints from customers and give support when requested
• Informs clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Sales:

• Works with Sales and Marketing team to meet or exceed sales goals
• Supports Sales and Marketing team in as needed
• Suggests ways to grow sales and explore new opportunities
• Keeps Management informed of order trends / forecasts (up or down,) special orders and projects
• Follows up on account payment status if past due or short paid

Advertising, Promotions and Social Media:

• Assists the Sales and Marketing team in the preparation of advertising and promotional materials, photos and videos: Sell Sheets, New Product Sheets, ads, brochures and other materials
• Creates and sends newsletters (upon approval)
• Brainstorms and develops ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Maintains mailing lists
• Assists in the preparation of sales presentations and updates
• Assists in the preparation of all trade show and events identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments
• Attends trade shows and events and actively promote the company and products
• Carries out promotional programs and marketing campaigns
• Promotes products and services in a professional and positive manner

Reporting:

• Prepares and updates monthly sales trends by product and by customer
• Researches new customers, leads and trends
