Job Description:
The Sales Assistant's main goal will be to support the sales department. This role will require a willingness to constantly learn and build customer and vendor relations. In this position you will report to the General Manager.

Help with answering phones

Customer service of accounts, suppliers and logistic partners

Trouble file entry, follow through and closure

Monitoring Itrade, Foodlinks and E-Commerce

Order entry
