Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a Division Manager to take full charge of the operations of our Houston, Texas facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all operations, achieving customer satisfaction and critical business objectives and building an empowered team. Providing world class leadership, clear direction, and change initiatives.

Requirements: 
  • 3-5 years Produce Warehouse operations experience
  • Must have a mastery of Quick Books software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to lead, develop, guide and coach effectively
  • Ability to analyze, strategize and make thoughtful decisions
  • Ability to compose and display high level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to comply to all GMPs and safety regulations at all times
  • Ability to function in cold (35°F), wet and moderate noise environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, carry and lift items weighing up to 45 pounds
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Oversees daily floor operations; monitors all operations and processes
  • Designs plans and processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital
  • Directs and leads teams through goal setting, performance and metric reviews, action planning and continuous improvement execution
  • Creates strategies and implements action plans to ensure that the facility supports company strategic initiatives
  • Assures highly efficient operations are established within Company and regulatory guidelines
  • Develops and executes weekly, monthly and annual operating budget and capital plan
  • Manages weekly, monthly and annual safety, quality, customer service and cost targets
  • Coaches, guides and develops leadership team that is capable of optimizing cost-advantaged performance; coordinates and collaborates with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives and improvement plans
  • Ensures that all staff are trained in GMPs as defined by the FDA and that all Company SOPs accordingly
  • Follows Food Safety plans and partners with Food Safety Manager to ensure that all Production is complied with FDA rules and OSHA regulation
