Job Description:
The produce Quality Assurance Inspector is an integral member of our company.
The primary role of this position is to provide support to the sales staff to assure quality standards and operating procedures are met during fulfillment of customer orders on a daily basis at our facilities.

Requirements:

Must have 2+ years direct produce knowledge.

Preferred experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).

Some experience in logistics or warehousing in the perishables industry.

Proficient with email software.

Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

Planning/Organizing - Uses time efficiently; Capable of working in priority situations; multi-tasking and providing solutions to day-to-day issues. Detail oriented.
Responsibilities & Duties:

Inspect all inbound according to our company standards.

Work closely with existing QA team to complete inspections on outbound, storage and repack orders ensuring all orders ship with quality product.

Transcribes inspection information on to Quality Control Inspection Report.
Education:

High school diploma
-
College Graduate (BA or BS) preferred

Produce experience preferred
