We produce our own bell pepper, eggplant, chili items, squash, cucumbers and beans. M&M serves the major retailers, food service industry and wholesale trade.
We are looking for a FRESH PRODUCE SALES ASSOCIATE to join us in our Los Angeles, CA offices.

Requirements:
- 3 year experience in produce sales
- High motivated and responsible
- Have a current client base (desired)
- Have ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Able to use software systems and computer literate
- Strong customer service
- Must have interpersonal skills
Candidate must demonstrate good communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- New account development
- Contract sales/ FOB sales/ program selling
- Troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process
- Achieve sales growth and exceed sales target
- Input and track sales orders
- Maintain constant communication with industry contacts to understand market pricing
