Requirements:
- Three years of related experience in the Produce Business;
- Bilingual, must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Overall Supervision of the North East Operations, making sure any Camposol issues can be resolved utilizing on-site presence including quality concerns, expediting of outbound orders, or any other concerns regarding our supply chain.
- Allocate orders, guarantee that the warehouse receives pick tickets from Camposol Fresh USA and coordinate timely pick up at our facility.
- Make sure that the right procedure is followed at our 3rd party facilities, including proper labeling, product rotation, product environment and storage.
- Be available outside of regular working hours in order to keep up with shipping/receiving activities and to provide solutions in case that any situation occurs.
- Communicate with Sales regarding any unshipped orders; direct communication with South Florida office on quality concerns or potential risks of rejections.
- In coordination with the Senior Operations Manager, maintain responsibility for all inventory under your regional supervision.
- Verify and assure inventory is precise and matches our records in the SAP system.
- Coordinate with Demand Planner any concerns of timely inbounds in order to ensure orders are dispatched precisely to deliver on time.
- Verify daily Receiving’s and Outbounds report (Inbound/Outbound Coordination).
- Investigate and solve discrepancies, if any.
- Follow-up on returns, damages or any other inventory movements.
- Supervise costs associated to the warehouse under your supervision, making sure invoices are accurate. Coordinate and communicate discrepancies with our vendors.
- Make sure all company policies and procedure are followed in terms of Vendor compliance and Risk Management.
- Work closely with all departments including accounting, demand planning, sales and our Parent Company in Peru.
Supervisory Responsibility
- Will supervise Inventory Controller and Quality Inspectors.
Travel
- Travel will be required amongst regional facilities in the North East and possibly other facilities in North America, including Canada.
Education:
- Minimum Associate degree in business.
