We are now looking for a Produce Sales Professional to join our team in Brea, CA.

Requirements:
- Minimum one to three years, experience in perishable produce sales and account management, with retail and wholesale clients. Experience with “Tropicals” a plus.
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills.
- Superior problem solving & analytical skills, as well as strong organizational & planning skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to quickly process information to make profitable decisions.
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task & prioritize work.
- Team oriented.
- High tolerance for frequent change.
- Self-starter, driven by achieving results.
- Superior work ethic.
- Must be available to work an occasional Saturday.
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Highly Desired.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain and build sales with existing customer base.
- Establish and maintain new customer relationships.
- Implement sales and service strategies to meet the company’s goals.
- Know the product, create the market, and fill the need.
- Daily participation in monitoring aging product inventory and sell accordingly.
- Daily Coordination with Transportation & Logistics.
- Travel: Occasional customer visits and industry functions as needed.
- Excellent communication with management, sales, and production teams.
- Proactively and professionally handle day to day sales.
- Manage customer satisfaction by handling customer requests and complaints in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Ensure great customer service.
