With new products launched recently, and more to be introduced within next few months, Palintest is committed to continued growth and is looking to appoint two Regional Sales Managers targeting Food and Beverage and Municipal markets.  Ideal locations for these two roles will be North West and South East USA.  Other locations however will be considered.

Requirements: 
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent preferably with a technical base
  • Ideally have at least 3 years’ experience of managing a sales territory and distributor networks
  • Ideally have experience in the Water Industry with experience in the Food & Beverage industry a bonus
  • Have extensive experience of customer interaction and high-level negotiation
  • Be able to demonstrate successful track record in business development
  • Be a strategic thinker with a high level of commercial acumen
  • Be able to travel extensively within the territory
  • Be able to command the trust and respect of the team members and customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • To drive sustainable sales growth of Palintest products within a geographical region
  • Identify and implement most effective and profitable routes to market in each region
  • Effective management of distribution networks
  • Direct management of specific key accounts
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new opportunities for growth and also potential threats to our business
  • Identify marketing support requirements for the region
  • Control pricing in the territory in line with our American pricing policy and manage discounting strategies which will maximize margin growth
  • Contribute to product development needs for discussion with the Branch Management Team
  • Manage and report monthly sales forecasts for the territory.
  • Provide a timely monthly sales report for your territory
