Job Description:
A&I Transport, Inc. with over 30 years in business is currently looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Representative for our refrigerated transportation department. Individual must possess a strong customer service and sales background and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Minimum 3-5 years outside sales and the ability to generate new business leads.

Experience in the refrigerated transportation industry required.

Bilingual, fluent in Spanish required.

Knowledge of produce varieties and seasonality.

Coordinate with shipping and transportation services.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, moderate travel required.

Provide dispatching support for company trucks and drivers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, organized, responsible, dependable team player, and punctual.

Proficient in essential computer and basic math skills. i.e., word, excel, power point etc.
- Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance, ability to pass background check and drug test.
