Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Coordinator to assist in selling and marketing products within fast growing consumer packaged goods category.
The position will be responsible for working with the Sales/Marketing manager to drive top line revenue through broker management, customer acquisition/retention, and store level execution. The Sales Associate role will be the primary interface to the Field Based Brand Advocates to execute in store events, promotional efforts, and expand the Cocina Fresca brand in nationwide marketplace.
What you will be responsible for:
- Customer acquisition assistance through nationwide sales calls and trade/distributor shows
- Building strong relationship with existing customers and track key performance indicators to achieve accelerated growth plan
- Assist Sales and Marketing manager with clerical tasks, customer compliance, business development, and promotional programs
- Evangelizing the Cocina Fresca brand while participating in nationwide consumer events and field work
- Market analysis to drive sales and increase ROI for marketing programs. Will participate in key strategic decision making and course correction

- Travel requirements could be 50% during marketing drive periods and new customer launches
