Job Description:
High volume onion packing operation looking for a plant production operator for our state of the art facility.
Ideal candidate will have experience using and understanding electronic grading as well as experience making multiple different types of machines work in unison to run operations at max efficiency.

Ideal candidate will have multiple years’ experience in a high production environment with the understanding of what it takes to utilize both equipment and people to accomplish production targets.

Ability to multi-task and trouble shoot under stressful situations is a much sought after trait.

Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must.

Experience with USDA onion grading standards is preferred.

Looking for a self-starter who is always looking to push themselves to attain more out of themselves as well as the machinery they are operating.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Running the main line at max efficiency.
- Communicating with QC to improve camera system grading.
- Communicate with line operators for proper labels and bag changes.
- Monitor production board and fill orders accordingly.
- Make sure equipment is properly cleaned (daily, weekly, monthly) and work with maintenance.

- Sorters.
- Line Operators.
- Inventory Control (pallet tagger).
- Dumping room forklift drivers.
