Job Description:
We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated and skilled IT Manager to serve our Reedley location as well as our global remote locations.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Implements and maintains network and system services; monitors network and system performance; and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Analyzes, maintains, configures, installs, troubleshoots, tests, implements, and rectifies issues related to network routers, servers, hubs, work stations, software, and operating systems.
- Consults with users to analyze existing operating systems, hardware and software; determines system requirements and identifies office automation needs, problems, and solutions compatible with the system structure.
- Provides technical assistance to users, including installation or movement of equipment and training on system operation to include hardware and software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Information Science, Master’s Degree preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient with Network Servers, ISP, Remote Connections, Mail Servers, and Command Prompt.
- Proficient with Famous Software.
- Produce Industry Experience preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual preferred.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years in IT Management experience.
