JOB FILLED - Marketing Coordinator / Analyst

Job Description: 

The marketing coordinator will work in the marketing department for the purpose of assisting the key stakeholders and sales team in all marketing efforts. These efforts include running monthly Nielsen data (Answers on Demand) to assist the sales/marketing team with analysis and strategy. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Prepare monthly Nielsen Answers on Demand data.
  • Assist in the planning, and execution of all aspects of regional and national trade shows, including booth layout, logistics, fruit display needs, sponsorships, marketing materials and transportation.
  • Assist in creating and printing all sales decks for Road Show trips, including preparing data for each customer from internal reports and Nielsen data.
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing and the Agency on all Disney Corporate Alliance projects, to include photo/video shoots, sweepstakes, promotions, sponsorships, and expos.
  • Maintain and assist in creating the marketing materials for the sales team.  Updating – sell sheets, presentations for sales calls, banners, and other marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with packaging design agency/graphic designers and production
  • Work closely with the Marketing Agency and the sales team to implement account based specific retail promotions, including digitals coupons, in-store sampling, and point of sale materials.
  • Assist in maintaining accounting and reconciliation of the marketing budget on a monthly basis
  • Attend industry events – City of Hope Nov. walk, PMA functions and FPFC luncheons
  • Must be able to travel to trade shows and to Disney functions
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Qualifications: 
  • Proven work experience in a marketing department, 2-3 years
  • Proficient with Nielsen Data reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills/behavior/abilities
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
  • Strong computer skills: must be proficient in MS Office, Work, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be detailed oriented; and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
