Job Description:
The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk performs accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivables.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Reconcile purchase orders and enter proper quantities from purchasing department.
- Collect final weight information from customers and enter that information into sales orders.
- Send packing slips and product arrivals into cooling facilities daily.
- Reconcile daily beginning inventory and alert sales team with any discrepancies.
- Enter packaging material inventory into reporting system and make sure it is up to date.
- Perform other tasks and projects requested by the Accounting Manager.
- Research and resolve AP invoice issues.
- Save BOL’s into electronic files for cooling facilities daily.
Qualifications:
- Education: Must have high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to quickly learn Spinaca Farm’s internal operating system.
- At least 1-2 years accounting experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire for continued growth and learning.
