We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our team in our Watsonville, CA. offices.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Daily order entry from emailed and/or faxed orders from assigned customers
- Identify / proactively work with assigned customers regarding order fulfillment
- Secure occasional transportation needs / LTL and/or FTL as needed or requested by customers
- Invoice completed shipments
- Maintain contract balances
- Cross train on all customer accounts
Skills:
- Excellent and effective communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to process information and make decisions
- General computer knowledge
- X3-Sage experience a plus but not mandatory
- Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
- Self-motivated with ability to work well in fast paced agricultural industry
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Strong Work Ethic
- Proven customer service skills
