This position is an integral part of a successful Quality Control team and ensures operational excellence by supporting not only the quality personnel, but our customers and other business partners.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Report to Operations and Quality Control staff.
- Monitor quality of fruit being packed and repacked daily to ensure product quality meets or exceeds specifications o Troubleshoot problems associated with incoming and finished goods.
- Travel to surrounding fields to check fruit quality and report findings to sales and operations staff.
- Create a daily run plan and repack plan every night for next day packing.
- Work closely with warehouse manager to coordinate packing.
