Job Description:
Field Fresh Farms is a fourth generation grower, packer, shipper in Watsonville, CA specializing in baby leaf lettuces.
We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join our team! This person will be responsible for building strong relationships with both new and current customers. The position will also manage price quotes, daily market trends, short term advance pricing, and contract pricing. Reporting to, and working with the sales manager will allow this person to develop new client opportunities that will bring growth and ensure overall daily sales strategies are being met.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Participate and fully engage with all sales staff.
- Produce vendor management.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with current and new customers.
- Work daily with sales manager to review sales trends and market performance.
- Resolve and work to alleviate issues both internally and externally with customers.
- Seek opportunities to grow business and profitability.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, both with employees and outside connections.
- Assist with accounts receivables when needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ year account management sales experience required.
- Knowledge of produce commodities, i.e. spring mix, spinach, kale, arugula, romaine, head lettuce.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate with company-wide departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment.
- Apply analytical thinking to all work.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office as well as overall strong computer skills.
- Famous Software knowledge, a plus.
