Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of sanitation workers. Supervise the workers within assigned areas to ensure production orders are met; ensure compliance with food safety and human safety regulations and proper job assignments in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience working in a production environment.
- Bilingual required.
- Computer skills – Microsoft office.
- Good verbal/ written communication skills.
- Enjoy working with people.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Supervise Sanitation crew ensuring that the processing lines, bagging machines and all production areas are cleaned and sanitized in time for start up.
- Evaluate the condition of all production areas to determine the number of Sanitation employees needed in each area to complete cleaning and sanitation in a timely manner.
- Inspect and swab “problem” areas to reduce the number of ATP failures.
- Ensure that employees in assign work area are following company policies and procedure and issue citations to employees as needed.
- Conduct new hire trainings, monthly safety tailgate meetings, work area inspections and GMP/ food safety training as required by QA department.
- Complete necessary paperwork for product tracing and financial service department.
