Job Description:
The maintenance team is responsible for keeping the plant running. The team works in the greenhouse, packhouse, irrigation room, boiler room, and is responsible for the grounds and building upkeep. Maintenance can include repairs, preventative maintenance, and new product installation. All maintenance tasks are to be performed in a safe and efficient manner to ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements:
- Working outside, working with heights, working in hot humid greenhouse
- Commonly working around hazardous materials and chemicals such as Nitric Acid & Hydrogen Peroxide
- Forklift experience if necessary
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Check and repair electric car rails including machinery used in the greenhouses
- Check and repair any leakage with the irrigation, drainage or hydrogen peroxide systems
- Repair any broken windowpanes within the greenhouses
- General cleaning within the greenhouses such as covering all electric panels
- Clean condensation panels
- Wash and clean canals were plant is grown
- Replace insect screens
- Preventative maintenance to electric cars, generators, injection pumps, spraying machines, ventilation systems located in greenhouses
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge in the following areas: Hydraulics, Electrical, Plumbing, Welding, Machine Repair, and experience driving lifts, carts, etc.
- Basic communication skills (read & write)
- Positive work attitude
- Reliable
- Flexibility with work schedule (as there will be times where long hours or weekends are needed)
