Job Description:
The Business Analyst will serve as the lead resource to the VP of Sales and Sales team in evaluating of new and existing customers and programs. Their expert advice will help guide business relationships and financial sales decisions.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- P&L and costing responsibility.
- Assess new and renewal customer’s P&L. This to include the use of existing cost models to establish sales revenue and profit goals by program.
- Provide key recommendations to Business and Sales Leadership based on analysis of cost drivers, available capacity constraints and marketing opportunities.
- Responsible for qualifying customer and new business opportunities.
- Lead Monthly Customer & P&L reviews with Sales Management.
- Will work directly with both Taylor Farms Corporate and National Customer Champions in analysis of cost models. This to include discussion of positive and negative cost drivers, raw inputs, and ingredient changes and labor allocation.
- Partner with Product Development, Sales, Procurement and Operations teams to drive customer and company profit goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CPG (preferred) and/or Food Industry experience.
- Experience in the fresh-cut industry strongly preferred, with knowledge of various vegetable and/or fruit commodities.
- P&L management experience, with solid financial skill set and analytical experience.
- Strong Financial, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Candidate must be able to quickly distill and effectively communicate the key aspects of a variety of business issues affecting the company.
- Superior Excel and Business systems expertise.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required, MBA Preferred.
- Travel up to 10% or as directed by management.
- This position reports to the VP of Sales/Product Development.
