Job Description:
We are a grower, packer, shipper of the finest tomatoes on the market.
We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join the sales team at our quickly expanding produce business in South Florida. This person is hard-working, passionate, and team orientated. Our new sales associate must have experience in the produce industry and willing to advance their knowledge through on-site training and educational conferences. Potential candidates must be eager to join a fast-paced family-run business.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Service existing accounts and prospect new business
- Day to day account management and product allocation
- Execute on all annual sales goals and marketing plans
- Compile sales projections
- Review internal reporting on a daily basis (sales, inventories, etc)
- Work closely with transportation to maximize freight efficiencies
Qualifications:
- 1+ years sales experience in the produce industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good relationship builder with excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient in Spanish is a plus
